North East Region England Fencing (NEREF) would like to formally announce the date of the Annual General Meeting taking place on the:

12th January 2018 at 7.00 pm.

Venue: Quality Inn, Boldon Business Park, Witney W, Jct. A19/A184, Boldon, EN, NE35 9PE.

We invite club representatives and fencers who are members of British Fencing to attend and vote for the election of officers.

Affiliated clubs are warmly requested to nominate a Club Representative to be a member of the Committee that meets an average 1 evening per month for 2 hours which could be at their club! This will help support fencing in the NE Region.

Honorary Regional Welfare.

If you wish to be nominated for a role, please confirm in writing to Carole Seheult Regional Chair c.seheult@btinternet.com 7 days before the AGM. If you cannot attend the meeting you can send a proxy nomination. All nominations must be in writing stating full name, address, British Fencing membership number, club affiliation if applicable and officer role applying for.

At the meeting, NEREF is requesting members to agree on the new Regional Constitution.
